frustated with the samsung service

Subject : frustrated with the service provider(Samsung).
I ve bought a camera of ‘Samsung company-model name Samsung pl 120’ around 3 months back (attached) with the warranty of 2 years and bill. My camera stopped working and i went to the service center (above address given) on 23rd of may there they said they need to have the bill be given so as to clear the service in warranty period. I brought the bill on 25th june and gave them the camera , they informed me that the camera defect is: camera dead and it will be alright by 26th of may.

I went to the service center again on 26th and they said me as their technician is on the leave for 2 days so come after two days. I went there again on 28th and this time with no other hopes than of getting the camera done. They said me that as the technician has come today thereby he will see through what is the problem and tell the company the further parts to bring. They said me to call back next day.

I called up next day and they said me that they have ordered the parts to the company and I ll be getting the camera by four days later and they will call back. No call came back and on 5th day i called up them and they said me that the parts they have got the parts wrong from the company. And they said me that they will call back again after 4 days as the parts come from Noida and it takes 4 days of time for the transportation to be done. After 4 days as I didn’t get their call i complained to the Samsung contact centre- 30308282 and there I said them about what has happened with me dealing with the camera and they said that they will look over the matter and call me back soon with the positive reply. But they didn’t call on that day and the other day i called (on the date of 5th June) on the service centre and asked them about the status of my camera, they said me that they haven’t received the parts yet. They gave the phone to manager and manager said that by Saturday (9th June) the things will be done and I ll get my camera alright back.

I didn’t get any call backs from them and called them back on 9th June and they said me that “sir u haven’t given us warranty card so that’s why the company is unable to provide the service”.
I said them “ sir u just said me to give the bill and I’ve given that and now nearly 16 days later u r saying me this foolish reason”
They said “ok let me check” . till 5-6 mins i was kept on hold with no response and after that another person came and says me that the guy is went on for the lunch and they asked me by number and said me that they will call me back in 10 mins. I said “sir I cant believe you that you will call back after 10 mins so please let me talk to your manager..” they said me “sir ill get my camera alright this Tuesday (12th June) “ and sir they gave me the manager number and said you can contact on this number. I asked them what kind of service center is this theres no manager available in the office itself. And just kept the phone with the no hopes of getting back camera alright.

Sir, i don’t understand what kind of serive is this. At times I’m feeling that is it my duty to call them again? and again and is it the work of mine that i should do day to day calling? Sir, im tired of this insane kind of service. im just frustrated with the kind of service they are providing me. I feel it was the mistake of mine that i choose the company Samsung for buying the camera from homeshop 18. Now by not getting the service, which i should be getting, i feel that in future I should never buy a product from both home shop 18 and “Samsung especially”. I’m very much upset with this kind of I don’t know what to call it.. may b a “service I’m not sure its a service.
