Fruad and Cheating

Hello my name is Venkat from Bangalore. on 28th July’ 14, I have ordered (Order No.17473357) a Wrist Watch from Shopclues.com and paid the amount online. on 30th, they have sent me a reply saying that the Item has been dispatched through Aramex Courier and I will get it in 4 to 5 days (i.e before 5th August). I waited for almost 15 days but i did not get the item or any call from courier. Finally I started tracing my item with courier vendor and Shopclues. Aramex Courier executive told me that unfortunately they are not able to trace the item in their network and lost it some where. They said they have also informed the same to the Shopclues team. Asked me to contact shopclues team. Then I wrote almost 5 to 6 emails and called customer support couple of times but got no response. They sent me only one email saying that they are not responsible and can’t give my money back. This is really Fraud. Both shopclues and Aramex are playing games with the customers. I would like to suggest all of you please don’t buy any items from Shopclues. They are making money from the customers without delivering the items.

It is almost 30 days but still I did not get either the Item or my Money back. Aramex says go to Shopclues and Shopclues says ask Aramex. This looks like they are trying make the customers fools. Can somebody please take action on both these companies so that they won’t do this with other customers.

    Hello Team,

    I got my money back finally. But it was too late to take necessary steps towards missing/undelivered items/Payback to the customers. Please try not to happen such type of things in future. I really like to buy items on Shopclues website because of their best offerings and their reasonable prices. But got really hurted with this issue. Anyways my problem is resolved now and I am satisfied with the service.
