I have taken one Reliance Cash Flow insurance policy through his broker INDIA INFOLINE INSURANCE BROKERS LTD. Broker code is : 21005916, this broker company call us on 15th Aug,2011 & told us you are a lucky winner of yesterday big bazar marketing, please come at our office & collect prize, come both wife & husband with ID proff.
After visiting in his office they are collect our details & his fully team (Senior & junior) person showing attractive insurance plan. they are confirming us mediclaim facility is also covered in this policy. We have taken this policy on that day but receiving the our policy bond mediclaim facility is not showing in our policy. then we are calling to Indiainfoline representative Miss Reshmi Shaw, she told us mediclaim facility will be auto showing in your policy after 6 month 18 days. I have such conversation audio for evidence. I have also showing policy plan copy this place is also indicating medical facility available in this plan.
We are sorry to inform you, I have still not got any mediclaim facility in our policy & no body entertain to resolve our complain. India Infoline is tolding us Reliance insurance resolve your problem, we are also lodge a complain in Reliance Insurance co. vide our complain no.0011827500/1 dt. 07.07.12 we are requesting to reliance co. his broker frouding with me please return our policy money with interest, but reliance co. decline our request they are tolding us you lodge complain too-much late, we intertain any complain within 15 days of issue the policy. His broker is asking us this benefit avail after 6 month 18 days then which basis we lodge complain within 15 days.
Both company is harrishing me form last one month our next premium is due on 18/08/12, now we are requesting you please consider with our case and arrange to refund our money with interest & panalty. we are already taken service leave 6 days & make more & more local & std call to both co.
Pls suggest us the what i do ??
