Dear sir,
I recharged my mobile with 78 rs special rechrge of gprs plan which is mentioned on website
(http://www.tatadocomo.com/online-recharge.aspx)as 30 days(1 month) validity and 1 gb data usage but when i check my balance immediately i found that there is only 750 mb of data valid for 20 days.when i call customer care for complaining they refused to take my complaint n disconnected my call n blacklisted my no.thats why i can not call them back.Sir please help me.Please take some appropriate action on tata docomo mobile network compony.
