I HAD PAID PREMIUM BY CHEQUE FOR MY POLICY BUT THE CHEQUE IS CREDITED IN ANY OTHER POLICY BY COMPANY. NOW ASKING THE DEBIT CERTIFICATE AGAIN AND AGAIN EVEN SUBMITTED TO THE COMPANY ON 15-06-2012 AND BEFORE.
