FROUD FROM A LOCAL CELL PHONE MACHENIC

I am Sanjeev Shrivastava from Bina (Madhya Pradesh)
I repaired my micromax cell phone from a local mobile phone mechanic. Although, he repaired the little mistake on my query but creates several new mistakes and asked me for more money, I said to him that I’ll be back for this. Next day I examined my phone and found that he stole the original parts of it and assembled it with old second hand parts, also he misfunctioned its IMEI No.. the present IMEI No. dose not match with the printed IMEI No. on the back of devise. I inquired to him about this but he did not agree about all, and for IMEI No ha said that this No is has to be change when one has to reassembled mobile phone so I did, and also demonstrate me about that. I shocked to saw that he changed IMEI No. of a phone on my eyes, seriously, I think this thing is truly unauthorized and dangerous.
Think of that, a communication devise with a fake or without any equipment identity, dose it not possible that it can be use any criminal and terrestrial things.
Although, I have no any proof against that local mechanic that he stole the original parts of my mobile phone, because he did not gave me bill/paper proof but I still want that he refund for my loss, if there is any provision, and I will have to be seen him punished about all.
