Froud Address and Froudly taken money no refund

I had received massage on my mobile that are given :

Earn 4000 to 5000k daily at home by making Paper plate,phone covers,Agarbatti,bag , with 5 yr agreement for more detail Ph-07428837066(Time:10:30 to 5:30)

I was call them and they provide me there GST number and send letterhead of company in my mail and they told me for tocken money as advance booking Rs. 10,000/- I had deposited these money to his Bank account which was given bank details by him after that I told him that I will visit to your site and after that I will give u remaining amount. When I was gone to Delhi and called him they dnt received my call I was called them 100 times after that I gone to the site which was provide me as letterhead. The address was fake and after that they don’t refund my money back.

I have the proof of booking amount which was given them as chaque and they replied in my mail that they received my money.

So I have to request you that please resolve my problem
