Front Disc brake is not working

I Shashank Sharma resident of Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, Working at Indian Oil Corporation Ltd..
I had bought a Yamaha Fazer on 22 july 2011 the registration no.: UP85AC1483, Chassis no.: ME145S076B2007168, Engine No.: 45S7007126, Colour: BLACK- GREEN from the authorized dealer: SHRI OM AUTO opp. Roadways Workshop, Chowki Bagh Bahadur, Mathura, uttar Pradesh, Bill No. 126 dated 22july2011.
I regret to say that my Fazer’s front Disc brake is not working properly and due to this i feel very unsafe while Riding as braking system is the main safety concern, I had complained to the dealer many times but they do nothing to resolve the problem and always said that the whenever the Engineers came from Yamaha they will call me but till now neither they call nor they contact regarding the problem.
