Hello,Sir/madam My name is Kirti Gaikwad, I want to complain you that I was using Airtel digital TV connection from last 3 years, and I am very disappointed with their service from last two weekAs I already complaint them about our problem that we are getting error (code B001) that is “NO SIGNAL” and from last two week I was going to continuously follow them for the same with their customer care and with dealer . but result came is 0. Previously they promised us to complete this job by 03rd July, for the whole day I was calling to their service center and dealer also but no one take action. After so many times complaint one person (sorry to say he is not at all engineer) was came by 05th July but he is complaining that we didn’t have any approach to the desired point location and he is talking non sense, he doesn’t have any manners how to talk, and he was saying you can complain anyone but I can not do the job until you provide some approach, my question is that their person locating the entena at the topmost position is that our mistake, their person only responsible for this job no one from our side responsible for this but who is going to suffer now, 8th July also I was call to their customer care office and he also talking with me roudly is that the way they handle their customer? Rather than to handle the situation. Kindly request you to solve our problem very shortly also without solving the problem & without utilizing the services they are charging us on daily basis. i am requesting you sir kindly go through my complaint and help me
