from more than one month i am telling them to resolve network issue of my DTH.

from last 1 mthn i am calling to customer service of SUN direct, all the time they are issue a complaint number, but no one is coming to resolve it and when with reference to that complaint no. i called them again, they are saying issue is already solved and complaint is closed.
