29Th Jan On Occation of 14th birthday of my son I gifited a PC worth 42K From Computer Point-J-44 Sector 18 Noida Which stoped working due to a hairlined scratch developed center of the screen on 5th feb 2012, reported to (I have every corrospondance) No one came against then i Personlly approched to showroom with computer, chod Jaao Hum aap Ko bata daingai, Jaldi hai to Nehru Place main hamara Service centre hi vaha chali jaoo, went there they told its Physical damage/ No warranty You have to pay and part is not available Deposit advance and leave the set i did not done so and tried once again on 15/02 they sent their service engineer Mr. Amit 9871977996 checked PC. and Went away that they will arrange the part and repair it soon, as it was a gifr from a father to his son I agreed to pay the amount against repairing so I had Hand Over the PC to them and deposited Rs. 5000/- as Advance As of today I hve’nt eceive Nothinfg Not Even assurance when My PC will be given to Me
As this PC was given to A student for Study Before his exam. he lost his study I lost my time Money and went through great harasment, Six month has been passed Nothing is going on from there side I am writing to you With great hope that you will consider my case as Top Priority and Provide me Justice / by Providing New PC and Compentation Of Rs. 30,000/-
