R/sir I have received message of full talktime (Rs 35 pe Rs 35 Taltime, Rs 50 pe Rs 50 Taltime.. Rs. 100 pe Rs. 100 Taltime .. Sirf aapke liye .. Offer paane ke liye 53541 pe call karein(Tollfree)on my mobile phone on dated 9 Aug 2012. (Idea) So I have call on tollfree no. 53541 on 10 Aug 2012. And then rechage of rupees 50/- But actual recharge done is Rs. 41.81/- So Company have not send any message or rest of the recharge amount. Then 12 Aug 2012. On 11 am. I was call Idea custmer care, they told me, I have no idea or no information about this message.Then I have complaint which is already said. The custmer care write this complaint and they told me complaint no. 1-26567158306. And custmer care name is (Imran Khan) so I have request to you justice this matter. (Sanjay Ramchandra Dandge.)
