Hi I want to raise a complaint against STARCJ Live
I have purchased 2 DOMO mini laptops from this channel, I got product within 1 day only.
But i was shocked, because my both the devices are not working properly, @ the same day i called up to customer care guys,
but now they are saying that…
We are not able to exchange that product and we are not responsible that you have received damaged product or any problem you are phasing.
I have paid around 7000-7000 Rs for each products…
Please help me out after paying around 14000 Rs. My both the products are not working and nobody is listening.
