Sir,
I beg to state that I harassed by a shop(Elite Footware 81,Bidhan Sarani, Kolkata:700004).I brought a shoe from this shop 21.01.12. After someday the shoe is damaged so I gave the shoe to that shop for repairing. They received the shoe at 15.02.12 and gave me a delivery date 27.02.12. But finally they did not give me the shoe, harassing me and recently told me that they don’t have any respossibility for this and did not give my shoe.
I would, therefore, earnestly request you to please suggest what should I do in this situation?
