My Aircel Number is 7686870627.From the last 3 month there is a deduction of Rs.30/month in the name of PURANA DAUR PACK from my mobile balance.I tried to deactivate the pack last month but it won’t work.I contacted the customer care,they assured that the amount will be refunded.When i asked to provide a complaint number,they did not give.I don’t know what this service is and how it is activated.They said they will deactivate the service and refund 30 rs within 3 hrs. The next day I called again to check the balance refund thing but they said no balance will be refunded. I am calling for last 3 days, either they put my call on hold or disconnect.
I request the Aircel Customer care to deactivate the PURANA DAUR PACK and refund the amount.And please don’t irritate the customers by putting the call on hold or disconnect the call. AIRCEL is a frod businesss!!
