i had buied a washing machine on 17 april 2011 with warranty of 2 yrs but in these 15 months machine has given so many troubles that the company eng. is already visited 13 times in this period when i cont cust care and told thm to replace my prod or refund my money they totally refused to do so pls let me knw that it is frod or not? such a big brand is selling a such a bad quality products
