I have purchased LG fridgeModel GL – S322QLQ on June 2006 it is perfectly working fine for 6years all of sudden there has been problem with circuit board. On registeringcomplaint with LGEIL they immediately provided with a technician to lookinto the matter and technicians confirmed problem with circuit board. As perthe sales Manager my current model of Fridge has been discounted last 10 years.And there are no alternative options available apart from purchasing of newmodel. As per conversation with Mr. Tripathi I went my nearest LGshowroom at Vikas Peredaise , L.B. Marg, Mulund ( w ) I select there just as anormal customer and ask exchange offer price they quoted me Rs.28,800/-. Andsame I mentoned on my email on dt.23.06.2012. I called him on 25.06.12 he saidits not finalized by our department and wait an additional day. Again I callednext day on 26.12.06 he said me go to same LG showroom & call me from thereonly. Same day I went LG showroom I called Mr. Tripathi had word with Mr.Arif LG showroom sales manager and he said me what he quoted Rs.28,800/-is only best price, I very much shock & surprised what he committed medidn’t turn up with his words.
As per your company 10 years backthey discontinued model it means from the date of Manufacturing after 4years company sold me this Model which was discontinued way back.After continuously following up for 15days with hope given by LG team they nowturn to unfair business practice. All I am looking at, is my fridge inworking condition it doesn’t matter if you are replacing the part and making myold fridge in working condition or prevailing me a discount since I consider LGto be a good brand as I never had any issues with my fridge for so many years.All I am asking for is customer loyalty.
