Frequntly being disturbed

I am a user of idea cellular india. The number was ported from vodafone 2 months back. I am being frequently disturbed by service calls. So i registered a complaint 2 weeks back to activate DND in my number and they told the service will be activated in my number in a week.But even after one week i am being frequently disturbed service calls.I again registered complaints and no action is not still taken. I want to register a complaint against this and i want compensation for this. As i am citizen of India i want to get justice.
