Frequently Disconnect​ing – Internet Service

Name of company/service: Hathway / Internet

Hi,

From the Past 3 Months period I am experiencing Frequently Disconnecting – Internet Service; I have given complaints many a times during these 3 Months period (Once in Every day from last 3-4 Weeks). Few Complaint no.s are:

6904884
6928399

The resolution is not made at a Permanent fix, Since the issues is been repeating for every 10-15 days once.

This is not the First time I am experiencing this; for the past 2 Years I am using HATHWAY and used to experience the same problem (Signal Weak in the Area- MOTINAGAR – HYDERABAD).
Being paid the Amount for usage in advance every time
(past 2 Years) and the service HATHWAY is providing very very poor and is unacceptable.

Could you please Help me on this issue ?
