Freecharge is cheating me from last many days. They are not crediting any cashback amount which is eligible under various promotional scheme.
on 10th November I paid bill for my Postpaid connection Order no is FCMA151110258158909. I applied promocode of 100rs cashback which I got from snapdeal purchase. but after successful completion of order I didn’t get cashback of 100 rs. I compained to CC but Still no response. Ticket no #2418911.
on 13th november I again paid a BSNL landline bill of 989rs with a promotional code FC5. Frecharge is again cheated me by not adding cashback amount of 100rs. order no was FCLA151113259558605. I contacted freecharge on facebook page this time but no response.
Not only this. Freecharge is currently running reward program under which they give 1 token for each successful order and that coupon can be use on spin & win virtual machine. I won many freecharge credits 5,15,20 so on. Total 50 rs. this money should be added instantly as another users are getting. but I didn’t get yet.
I am a very Old user of freecharge. but I dont know whats wrong with them. I am facing this problem since last 4-5 day. please help me to get my cashback amounts.
