I have purchased a mobile hand set on 12/08/08 from sitapur (u.P) it is still under warreny(original cash memo with Me), the number key pad of mobile is not working for reparing of same I have contacted to the Nokia care Sitapur but my problem could not solved thus again I deposited my mobile set at nokia care Lucknow on dated 5/08/09 for repairing {phone no (0522)2200103}they compleate examined the set in front of me & deposit the same for reparing in evening they replied me that it could be repair only on paid basis(Rs1500/- approx) because there is some tempering in the set i told them that previously it was repair by Nokia Care Sitapur (U.P)but they could not repair the same,Now no body is taking care of that although still it is under warrenty, I have also talked with nokia careline Banglore on telephone No of (080) 30303838 but could not get satisfactory reply , now seeking your help/ guidence in this regard.
