I am using BSNL landline (0657-2371361) with broadband. It has same plan from last 3 years, but in the bill of July, BSNL has billed the free usage of broadband, I have complaint about this online on http://selfcare.edc.bsnl.co.in, complaint no-12670054022, but there is no reply from last 25 days. It has been billed in invoice no-135779358 of July months. When I went in local office, they told that I have to pay the full amount. Please help.
