I have bought 5 Star voltas split AC in April 2013. company assured 2 free services. but none appeared. when I contacted the company for the same, a mechanic attended and charged Rs.350/ did nothing and said that it is lacking gas and for that Rs. 2550/ will be charged. Even after one week he did not turned up but instead a person phoned me that we will charge only Rs.2200/ . Then no alternative left with me but to hire him he came filled the gas & charged Rs.2200/ but now water is leaking inside. that is fellow is saying that Rs.1500 will be charged for removing water leakage what to do and where to go
VOLTAS AIR CONDITIONER COMPANY IS FRAUD BEWARE OF SUCH COMPANY …….
