Dear sir,
I booked flights tickets from Kolkata to Delhi and from Delhi to Kolkata through www.happyeasygo.com and make a payment of Rs. 30,375/- using my card. Immediately I got a confirmation a email that transaction has been completed and Confirmed PNR shall be generated in next 45 minutes. After two hourseparate I got a phone call from Mr. Saurabh (number +917290099238), and he informed that happyeasygo.com is not able to generate PNR due to increase fare and now additional amount of Rs.2,500/- shall be paid then only tickets can be provided. When I asked for the refund they stated amount shall be refund in 7-10 days. Why they are holding my money for so long time.
I want to impose penalty on happyeasygo.com portal and wants a compensation of Rs.1,00,000/- for such inconvenience.
