Fraudulent TATA DOCOMO & Mr. Biju(Eversoft Technologies)

Location/place: Bangalore

Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO

I had opted for the device free plan ( paid 5000/- for 6G Unlimited/pm for 6 month) on 4th April 2013 and given cheque (HDFC cheque# 0000000000667481) of rs 3551/ towards the plan and 1449/- cash to Mr. Biju(Eversoft Technologies) for the dongal and I was told that first bill would be generated in October 2013 .

But on 28th April2013 I got e-bill with the plan 3G_SME_7.2MBPS_Don_50GB_UL@5000 and asked to pay Rs. 3,806.00 on or before 14th May 2013.

I followed up with concern and few service requests were logged in this regard without any resolution on this..

Week later Anil, Rajesh from Photon Care Team requested me to send payment details and I promptly provided all payment details…

Called up Mr. Biju(Eversoft Technologies), TATA DOCOMO folks some 50+ times to resolve this issue with no luck..

Now it is ~20 odd days and getting 5-6 calls per day from TATA DOCOMO to pay the due with fine… Called up Mr. Biju(Eversoft Technologies) several times and person doesn’t pick the call… luckily got his office number n called on office number and now Mr. Biju(Eversoft Technologies)blames TATA DOCOMO for fraudulent and later to him..

    Now all of sudden my data card stopped working and also got message from TATA DOCOMO to pay 9525/ — 🙁

    Not much progressed on this, I get some 2-3 calls per day from TATA DOCOMO to pay 9525/-…
    From April 28th’13, been told that issue would be resolved soon but almost a month passed and nothing has been done in this regard..

    Now the agent(Mr. Biju(Eversoft Technologies)) is no longer available on his numbers.. Again this agent was sent by TATA DOCOMO customer care when we called for new connection..

    This kind of fraud agents bring bad name to the service provider, is TATA plan to take any actions on such bad elements?
