Fraudulent offer

My order no. is 100211875 I placed 5 tops in the cart and there was a offer of buy 2 get 2 and the cupon code was placed . the total amount was of around 2000 and I confirm the order by paying online they gave a confirmation mail n jss after nxt day they canceled the order and said technical fault was there . I hve not got the money yet nor the order . just answer me its really fraud BY shopnineteen .com
