FRAUDULENT CHARGES BY VODAFONE IN MONTHLY BILLING

I am a Vodafone Postpaid Customer in Delhi using Corporate 3G data plan.
Vodafone has charged me RS 99/- in month of June for downloading “shotformat_dwnlp_9” and RS 30/- in month of July for downloading “hello1_tvallsouth_” a stuff which I had never downloaded. When I called their Customer Forum for explanation, they had no proper explanation. Also, I mailed them their corporate email still the same response.
