dafone is complete disgrace. I have been harassed by these people for past 2-3 months now. Everytime there is an issue in internet charges. Their customer care service is dismal. I have also been charged for mgossip, ndtv, hello4all. No details about the website is available with vodafone. The customer care people just say that it is content and not any website and that’s all. No intimation regargding the charges. Accidental click… what a pathetic excuse. Following customer care executives are the one i talked to and they really dont know how to cater to a customer: vivek priyesh sheetal – a manager plus they say they cant give out their last names. what is with that.. really hopeless policies vodafone has got.
