Dear Sir/ Madam,
My grandmother, Late Smt. Parmeshwari Devi, w/o Shri Ghansham Dass had applied for the residential plot under Rohini Residential Scheme 1981 – EWS (JANTA) vide application no. 10940. The said plot was applied from my permanent residence address in Shalimar Bagh, Delhi – 110088 and I had paid Rs. 750/- to her for the same. I also wish to inform you that at that time my grandmother was residing with me at my Shalimar Bagh address. Also, the money paid for applying for the land was given to her by me.
I have got to know that she has been allotted a plot by DDA in the above scheme. The details of which are Plot no. 1120, Sector – 34, Pocket/ Block – C 5. The area allotted is 26 sq. meters.
But to my surprise, the title and the address for this application/plot has been fraudulently changed without my knowledge and without my consent to that of one of my brothers i.e. Anil Raheja (resident of E – 12, Sector – 15A, Noida. Mobile# +919810631177/ 0124-4515184).
I wish to hereby say that this has been fraudulently done by Anil Raheja as there has been no Legal Will of my grandmother, Late Smt. Parmeshawari Devi and even of my father Late Shri. Mukand Lal Raheja which states that the said Plot or any of their other assets/ properties should be given to Anil Raheja.
How can my brother Anil Raheja take her assets alone and that even without my NOC/ consent. I am also the legal heir of my grandmother, my father and my mother and have equal right in all their assets and properties.
I am a senior citizen and need your urgent help in getting this matter resolved.
