I have booked a cab on 20th June-2014 at 20:15 PM with Fasttrack Call Taxi Chennai, with id 39851 They have sent a cab with Car number TN 02 AM 6521, when there is a shortest route, he said that he cant come in that route as the road is not in good, there are so many cars travelling in that route and we do travel in the same Fast Track cabs every day , but this driver was so rude and he was more interested in getting more money from the passengers, when i called the fasttrack for lodging a complaint they dropped the call. As in the shortest route it costs us only 125/-(4.2 KMs) this has costed 290/-(14 KMS). I am really frustrated by sending these kind of people as driver, i am lodging a complaint here as i dont want others to suffer like me, and i want a strict action to be taken against fast track , in order to stop these kind of activities happening in future.
