Fraudulent bill charges.

Name of company/service: tata docomo

I had taken tata photon plus connection and had been using it for the past 3 years. From October 2012, I had been contacting the tata people for a safe custody as I was not using the connection. Later on, they had been generating bill every month and I had to call and waive off all the bills. From October to February 2013, my monthly bills had been waived off due to the mistake from their side (for failing to put my connection on safe custody inspite of my request). I had been receiving bills after my connection was put on safe custody from Jan 2013. I had called the customer care and was given assurance that I will not be charged any amount as there was no data usage at all and hence the total amount would be waived off. Recently, I had requested for a cancellation of their service( because of unnecessary bill generation inspite of me asking for a cancellation and for which they had dragged it without obliging). Now after cancellation, I had got a legal notice to pay the dues (which was promised to be waived when i spoke to customer care) and also an extra 1000 Rs for the legal notice. There is certainly a fraudulent activity going through and I am writing this complaint to check it.
