Fraudulent Balance deduction & unresponsive customer care

Location/place: MUMBAI

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

Hi, I am i tata docomo customer from Mumbai circle. Since last two weeks, live astrology services are been activated to my number without any request & 10 Rs. are being deducted as charge twice. I have called customer care several times, they confirmed that service is now deactivated by us. But the same is not happening. When the message arrives in my phone, it says please dial 155223 to stop the service but this also do not work. the IVR says i am not subscribed to any service. I am pissed off with this thing. Please help me.
