I had made a recharge of Rs.99 to activate 98 free msges/day and 1paise/2seconds neither of wch got activated.Customer care executive told that website isnt updated and i should not have referred to website before recharging instead I should call up 522226 for recharge offers. I did and recharged for 36 rupees to activate free msgs and 1paise/6 seconds on local docomo calls. But even that hasnot been activated although this time i referred to the IVR and not the outdated website. When I called the customer care he said he cant access the information as server is down. I made a call the next day who told me to make new calls and check the applicable rates of the day and hung up. moreover DOCOMO customer care receives the call only once in 24 hours and not more than that. Post that it says all our executives are busy attending other calls. In short I lost my 99 plus 36 rupees due to misguidance and misleading information on their website and recharge offer IVR. To add to our woes they do not take more than 1 call per day. such companies should be heavily penalized.
