FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES BY NOKIA AND AIRTEL

I had bought a mobile (Nokia 101) on 06 April 2013. The mobile set had an offer (100 airtel to airtel minutes and 400 SMS, free for a month). As I already had an Airtel SIM, I contacted Nokia on 30303838 to avail the offer, but they directed me to the Airtel customer care for the offer. Since 07 April 13 I have even personally visited the Airtel office but the offer was denied to me. As the customer care executive is unreachable through 121(I have already tried more than 50 times since then, if you do not believe you yourself can try), I tried to send mails to the Airtel customer care 3-4 times to get only SR numbers. On 01 May 13 I received a call from Airtel and after verifying they forwarded my case to the concerned department. Further they assured that I will be contacted on 03 May 13 and the benefit will soon be granted. Finally on 02 May 13 I again received a call to know that the concerned department has decided that I can not be given the offer and no reason was given to me. After one month of consistent efforts I came to know about the fraudulent activities of such big brands. The offer is given on the mobile set of Nokia 101 and it becomes the moral responsibility of Nokia to make it available for its customers in which it failed. At the same time Airtel, initially, asked me the details (I have all the emails as proof) in order to give the offer, but later on they refused to give the benefit. I have no other option left to get my right and therefore I am compelled to take action against these big names so that they do not befool other customers, in future. I had recently sent a mail to Nokia and Airtel on 02 & 03 May (SR No. 1-14145016250)respectively, as a notice before putting my case before the consumer forum and now as the stipulated time up to 09 May 2013 is over, I am putting forward the case with the consumer forum for the kind consideration. Please help me getting justice and take action against the defaulters.
