Name of company/service: BMTC( bus service)
several of the bus conductors are not disbursing tickets to the passengers after giving money. even after repeatedly asking the conductors to give the tickets they neglect the rights of the passengers and they take the money for themselves and the passenger has to leave when his/her place comes. this act is increasing day by day. the government has to take remedial action to protect the rights of the passengers travelling and specific legal action on the fraudulent conductors and also to promote surprise ticket checking to get rid of such activities.
