I received the delivery on 9th of May, 2016 of the power bank and when i opened it, it was slightly open but due to my exams i went to my room and started preparing for exams.
When I tried using it, it was not working, i opened it to see what is the problem and I saw that the wiring is unproper and defective, it is slightly broken and duplicate product.

I tried its complaint helpline number +918010001133 many times to register my complaint but the call being disconnected all the time.
