I am a vodafone prepaid customer. my no. 9239158771. This os happening since November, 2014. an amount of Rs 99 was deducted. when i lodged a complaint on vodafone site, they just told me that it was done for some download of NDTV VALUEPACK or something like that. Surprisingly, same thing happen on the same day of December too…and this time Rs 99 and another for Rs 30. They replied that i downloaded something…but it was in the day…after finishingg a phone call, i discovered the deduction. A company like vodafone took no initiative to make me know what to do to prevent these types of deduction nor they gave any importance….please help…
