Fraudsters at Vodafone

HI,
I am Mayur Gaikwad bearing a connection with Vodafone [8898552255] since Dec 2014.

I have a couple of issues in terms of the connection, first let me give you an overview of the complaint
Earlier I was on a prepaid connection, once there was a vodafone drive in our company and they offered an exclusive corporate plan, many of my friends took it eg – 8898001152, Even I wanted it so I called the person who asked me to come to a diff location as their drive was over, I was ok but thought of calling Vodafone customer care to see if they can give me the same deal, so I called up customer care and was told that will be getting the same plan. I also gave the number of my friend who has the same plan and even I as assured that the same will happen, my documents were collected but I was not shown or given the document in which my plan details are there,
I was supposed to get the allowances as mentioned below
• Free local mins – 2000
• Free local SMS – 150
• Free National SMS – 150
• Free unlimited 3G Data – 1.5GB and unlimited on 2G after that
My usage is definitely as per the allowances in this plan, however I was given an incorrect price plan and I was mis-sold. I realized that when I complained that the internet is running slow, I understood that I got incorrect plan, since then I spoke with at least 20 advisors and 5-6 managers on diff occasions, I also spoke with Nodal officer and still no good, I tried speaking with Process manager ‘Naushad Alam’, even he assured me to go to store and everything will be done. I went to the store and they asked me for the salary slip to make the changes which I was not carrying, so I went the other time and to my surprise they mentioned that their system is undergoing an upgrade and can be done post 20th July’15, I went after that and I was annoyed with the response that it cant be done from store and need to contact customer care, I must say thay you guys have a pathetic service and sync as I have tried to explore almost all the possibilities and did not get a solution.
Lately when I went to the store and I was very much frustrated, I wanted a solution so I was not ready to leave at that time I was shown that I have signed on the document in which the price plan details are there, when I saw that I was shocked to see that someone has tried to duplicate my signature, which is a fraud done by this company and since the start I am paying a high amount and my usage is not more than the Price plan I mentioned above but still I am paying more than 650 every month and also at times I end up paying more than 1000 for using the same things that I will get in 499. I also spoke with one of the Managers when email for this was sent from the store, the person [Gaurav] was diplomatic and not helpful at all.
My Complaints are as below
• I Want my number to be activated with the price plan that I opted for [i have also attached screenshot for that]
• I want to know in detail about what will be done about the fraud because of which I am a victim
• I want the refunds for the extra amount that I have paid till now
• If you are not In a position to fulfil any of the above request then you can give me the contact details for Offcom / Ombudsman or consumer court. As I want to file a complaint against the company

This was the mail sent on 27/08/15 and again on 01/09/15, got an acknowledgement that will get a reply in 2 days but no reply. Have also posted the same on Facebook page for Vodafone, they are just replying saying that we are unable to contact u whereas one of my 2 numbers is always on without any network issue.

Kindly look into the matter as its very serious and frustrating for consumers to go thru all this hassle
