Sir, I am above name individual complaint against to DTH Dishtv service provider. Dishtv offer a remote control for Rs.300/-for program record facility. I telephony demand a remote. Dishtv accept a demand and Rs.300/- deducted from my dishtv account on 13 Feb 12. Dishtv promise that normally 08 working days need to provide the items. Sir, I am still not receiving the remote inspite of repeated remind to dishtv customer care executive. Dear Sir, In view of above you are requested for seriously view on this subject. I am ever grateful to you.
