Dear Sir,
A Greean Acres – Vasai (Mumbai – thane district) based company is fraud, they are informing that that are selling auction properties. I am a victim of that they shown me detailsof Flat at Borvli who is under DRT & from that it will be under auction & he will get it for me. For this Mr. Shrikant Gadkari 0f Green Acres has asked the 30% of the flat & MOU sign. But after 7 months i have not received documents & now from last 2 months they are not responding / answering my calls. I have visited them number of time to get the documents OR refund my money.
I till date not received my money neither documents
Please help me
