sir,me pawan kumar agrawal raipur me rahta hun,16/03/2011 ko maine ruchi real estate & allied ltd.pandri raipur se birgaron me ek flat book karwaya tha,jo ki ruchi mannat ke naam se hai,unhone flat no.B-3-308 2BHK 3rd floor me mujhe alote kiya tha,ruchi mannat ke propritor mr.veeran moulidharhai,maine cheques ke through se 16/3/2011 ko Rs.60000=00,5/10/2011 ko Rs.120000=00,5/10/2011 ko Rs.80000=00,28/12/2011 ko 60000=00 total 320000/-Rs.three lac twenty thousand deposit karwaya tha,unhone dt.25/5/12 ko flat cancel karne ka bol kar dt.25/7/12 ka state bank of india main branch raipur ka mr.veeran moulidhar ke account ka cheuqe mere naam se diya,jo ki 26/7/12 ko bounce ko kar return aa gaya,plz aap koi action lijiye me yahi chahata hun
