   Please let me know how we have cheated you, in what matter have we cheated you? We have not done business with you in any terms. I will be filling a legal case against you for putting our names and company name without any base. I would advice you to get in contact with me ASAP. It is not good to raise complaints without any base.

   I guess you already have my number 9241299029. If you are a genuine in what you say provide me your mobile number and contact details so that we can take this issue to the legal level.

   amar is right ,this is the biggest fraud company in bagalore that i ever been seen , they spoil the carrier of so many fresher ,and also they will not give salary , i also worked here 4 months and they not even gave a sigle penny, someone plz take stick action toward these people so that they not spoil other student carrier…
   And the biggest fraud in this company is ceo only his name is ravi kumar

   Hello,

   Everyone stop talking about ERMS. This is one of best company I have been worked for and iam still working since last 2 years. Sometimes there may be delay in crediting the salary. But for sure, you will get. Pls dont talk bad about the company. You no way have the rights to talk about the company.

   Hi all,

   Number one fraud people in the industry. Thats true they are taking upfront from candidate. They will not pay salaries for months. They will not provide any basic ideas or training for freshers. There is no proper channel in the company. Particularly top management are cheaters. They will talk as if they have visions. But they dont even have cash to get a pencil. Employees bought their own notepads, pencils etc……..old team was completely washed out due to this issue.coz all old team started telling this to other new joinees to save those candidates. now they started recruiting people by getting cash again. Plz be aware of this people( CEO and Managers)……

    Hi All,

    I have been associated with ERMS Technologies India Pvt. Ltd for more than 2+ Years. When i was fresher company as provided me an opportunity to work with ERMS Technologies. In my initial stage of carrier i gained knowledge of software development, which helps me a lot in my Current Company (Symphony Teleca Corporation India Private Limited)

    My guidance for Freshers / Candidates who gives interview for any company is, Please prepare yourself for current IT Technology / Skills required for any IT Industry.

    Candidates / Freshers who do not get Jobs after completing there B.E / M.C.A / B.C.A or any other related Degrees, will offer upfront / money to consultancy people or some of the their reference friends. These peoples are big Cheaters and not the Company.

    Unless and until freshers / candidates are ready to pay the money to get a Job(Back Door Entry), people will take advantage of them. If a freshers / Candidates is really good @ Technical Skills to clear Interview Rounds and to Join any IT Company, doesn’t require to pay money for any of them.

    If candidate if really fit for IT Industry, then why you are paying money to get a Job?

    These Upfront Offerings not only practice in IT Industry, it is related any Job in any sector. i.e( Central Government, State Government etc)

    As per my knowledge ERMS Technologies is best place to gain the knowledge.

    Some people are talking about BPO Sector, as per knowledge the employees associated with BPO Dept, now they are not associated with company.

    please don’t spoil the Company name by posting unknown things about company. There may peoples like me who have worked in ERMS Technologies and now they are working with well known IT Companies like HP, MPhasis, Cap Gemini, Balley Technology, Marlabs, TCS, Symphony Teleca, SEIMENS etc…….

    Dear All,

    I have worked with ERMS Technologies for more the 1 Year 6 Months. This was my Second company. Thanks for Raghav N.M ( Managing Director) and Satyanarayana P.J (Senior Software Engineer) for giving me an opportunity to work with ERMS Technolgies.

    When i was working with ERMS Technolgies, Company as supported me to implement my skills in windows application projects. In this company i have learn’t from gathering requirements from clients to deployment of application.

    Its is one of the good company to explore software application. here application are developed from Scratch, which is required for freshers or start-up Software Engineers to gain the knowledge of Software Projects.

    please don’t post unknown things.

    All the people who are telling good about this fraud company is also associated with the fraud things done by the management. Ravi Kumar, kevin are the two big frauds in the company. and raghavendra nm he is like their watch man. He used to look after only his earnings in the company not about the employees of the company.

    Dear All the UNKNOWNS, Please read this with all the patience.

    Spoiling some one’s reputation is very easy by commenting whatever you feel like.

    There are lots of challenges for many start-up companies like us. With lot of big dreams and with good intentions we start the business. During the process of development we tend to associate with people who can support us when we are facing tough challenges. If the associated people starts taking wrong decisions during tough times and the company name starts spoiling. One such thing was happened with us too.
    We associated with good people who were having good intentions and were having good experience too, but took wrong decisions during tough times like financial pressure/crisis to run the business and to reach their goals in short time.

    It all happened in a matter of 18 months. Now it’s been more than a 15 months everything has been stopped. We have sent out all the associated people, closed their divisions and running this business independently on the base services like software and IT services. But remember one thing, people who were associated with us, before leaving they have done the justice to almost all the candidates. Today most of them are already placed in good companies on basis of experience they have gained in ERMS.
    Every big company has struggled and crossed these phases. If you look into autobiography of most of the entrepreneurs, they all have won such challenges. Even we have undergone major loss, struggled very hard to stand and currently recovered with new hope, unique ideas, big plans, projects with strong mindset and team.

    Salary Concerns
    Please tell us how many companies pay salaries on time except companies like MNC’s? Which company doesn’t have salary issues? If you see KINGFISHER is not paid salary to many staffs for years together. There are many such. Which many of them are not aware.
    Management will try to do whatever maximum they can. They know very well if salaries not paid in-time, projects cannot be delivered in time. If everything is fine, why should we hire more of fresher’s to execute projects rather than experienced candidates?
    Do you know the reason why freshers are not being hired in many companies? Do you know why freshers are not getting job? The reason being, company will have to invest lot of money, resource and time to train them, if the candidate leaves in short time after getting all the experience who will be under loss? Management cannot expect drastic results from a fresher in short time.
    Freshers must be happy to get onto a smaller companies where they learn many skills. When any fresher joins company he/she says “IM NOT WORRIED ABOUT SALARY, I NEED TO LEARN” once they gain experience after few months they start blaming company for salary delay.

    What is Fraud?
    When any company with the intention of making money hire hundreds of candidates by taking money and vanish of within 1 year.
    Today back door entry happens in many companies like IBM, INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, CTS, WIPRO, TCS and many more. Lot of people write reviews on these companies on web. Do you call these companies FRAUD? Lot of candidates have been blacklisted and their entire life is ruined, many candidates are cheated by the consultants. For their mistakes, they start blaming companies.
    ERMS started in the year 2007 with 2 employees and today standing firmly with 20 + staffs after facing all the hard challenges. More than 700+ employees have worked in ERMS and everyone are placed in good companies. We are serving 500+ customer in all over Bangalore, India, US and Africa. We have developed 10+ different products and delivered 30+ customized software’s. See our company REVIEW’s on JUST DIAL.
    We have staffs who are with us since 4 years who is taking care of all the ongoing projects. Why are they still with us if this was a fraud company?
    Since 2007 we don’t have any marketing team for software. We get projects only from references (existing clients). On what basis we get projects? Quality, delivery, trust, hard work? If this was Fraud Company, how can we run the business for 7 long years?
    Just by commenting fraud, ERMS will not become Fraud Company. Our existence is in the same premises. We are running and will continue running the business in same name.

    TO FRESHERS
    Today we see lot of fresher’s undergoing hectic pressure in getting the job. Are they not calibre enough to get the job? or recession problem? When they don’t get job what is their next step?
    They start paying money to consultants and wants to get into a good company. But 80% of the candidates end up in losing everything. Why do you have to pay money to get a job? Why can’t you prepare well and get a job.
    Why do want to blame companies when you are only paying money and getting stuck.
    My suggestion to freshers: Don’t judge the company just by the reviews. Study the company in terms of existence, work, projects/products, clients, existing staff.

    This is the worst company. I had joined this company in 2013 April, never got salary, infact they even dsconnected the internet connection for most of time. Ravikumar is the biggest scammer. He is connected with agents who take the money of the needy promising the job, person joins the company but do not get salary and ultimately quits. I along with couple other guys who joined same time faced this challenge.

    If you guys need to check, there are many police complaints against Ravikumar.

    Guys please keep away from this company. They will ruin your life, take the money from u and will never refund.

    So Mr. Ravikumar , stop lying that you do not take money from anyone..

    He is sort of a who’s bread and butter is cheating people. People who are join are doomed.

    To reply to Mr. Ravikumar’s previous post, I have seen him signing checq refunding the 50k amount taken initially to one the guy who joined with me all because he brought local rowdys.

    So Mr. Ravikumar , stop lying that you do not take money from anyone..

    He is sort of a who’s bread and butter is cheating people. People who are join are doomed.
