i have bought a pair of shoes big bazar. after 10days the soul of shoes has broken then i went big bazar showroom at great india place at noida and i told him plz repair my shoes but they told me we will not repair your shoes and afterthat they were abusing me and they have kept my shoes and now they are not return my shoes so finlly i have lost my hard work earned money and also shoes so plz tell me now what shoulk i do………
