Fraudlent Representation on Website (Reliance)

Name of company/service: Aggarwal Mahesh and Company

I HAVE A RELIANCE GSM NO. +91-9015544845. I MADE AN ONLINE RECHARGE OF Rs. 101 oNLINE TROUGH RELIANCE OFFICIAL WEBSITE ON 19/04/2013. THE PLAN STATED THAT THE BENEFICIARY WILL GET Rs. 100 PROMO TALK-TIME AND 1 GB DATA FOR ONE MONTH. AFTER RECHARGE I GOT A MSG THAT I HAVE BEEN CREDITED WITH 100 Rs. AND GB 3G DATA. BUT I GOT NOTHING NOT EVEN A PENNY. I CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY SAY ROUTE BUSY, SYSTEM CANNOT CHECK ETC.
EITHER SERVICES SHOULD BE CREDITED IN MY SIM OR A REFUND.
RELIANCE DONE SUCH FRAUD NO. OF TIMES THEY STATE SOMETHING ELSE ON THIER WEBSITES AND I GET SOMETHING ELSE.
PLEASE HELP.
