Fraudlant withdrawl of my credit card no-5189309405225005 which was stolen along with my brief case on 4th of February, 2013.The card was blocked within 45 mints after the card was stolen.The 4 digit secret PIN no was not issued to me.no Citi Bank alert was given in my phone till 12th Feb,nor any ATM detail had been furnished.So that the vital avidence of visual footage of the ATM could not be recovered by the Police.A Gd was lodged with Kalighat P.S Kolkata on 04.02.2013 the day of occurence and followed by F.I.R no-59 26.02.2013 in Kalighat P.S. Kolkata.My complaint is from last 5 months Citi Bank is issuing letters saying matter is under investigetion while charging the rate of 43% intarest on the farudlant withdrawl of Rupees 90,000 included.They have not cooparated with the Police in providing detail of ATM, Video footage etc. hamparing the investigation while the cash was withdrawn using my Credit card without any provision of Cash withdawl facility which was accepted by the Call – Centre employe as no PIN no was issued to me(Citi Bank recorded Complint no: 8183893 & 3699).I have been unnecessarely harrashed by the Bank for Payment at the same time assuring me investigation is on and finally on June 14th, they issed a legal notice to pay Rs:123165.78 within 15 days.Kindly help me to end the unnecessary trauma for recovery of fraudlant ammount which is due to faliur of the Bank’s security system as there is no provision for Cash withdrawl as stated by their Call- Centre as no 4 Digit PIN issued to me.
