Fraudism

I paid all my loan to the Hinduja finace company in Himachal Pradesh near Palampur ,Arala. And after one year yet they have not given me the NOC. They say i need to pay them 10000 more. But i showed them the pay slips that i have paid all my dues to them by cash and still they say its not updated in their system and need 10000 more. Its not my fault that their workers are fraud . i hve the pay slip and i have paid the due amount. I want my NOC.
