FRAUD YOUR COMPANY WITH ME

Location/place: JAMMU

Before some days I paid money Rs.899 for a contest for SAMSUNG GALAXY.When is signed up it showed me that contest will finished after eg.23:49:23 Mins.
I visited their website daily it is showing me the same thing.When I called their number it is coming switched off daily.The Number is 08065476384.
Please help
