I have buy 2 MI 10400 MAH powerbank through shopclus in may-15 month, recently I have check this product when I went to out of station this product are not working as per the capacity, in this regarding I have contact to customer care of shop-clues for replacement of MI powerbank but they told us we can’t change this product as per the policy of replacement with in 10 days, but how can this possible to check this product at my home because when I will go to out of home then I will check this product because this product are always use in emergency or at traveling, So I request you plz help to replace this product by shopclues.
