Fraud with me By quikr

Dear sir/madam
I had a contract on 2016 23 fab rs.19038 with Quikr , Quikr executive mr. parkash, Mr.Rahul of the commitment he had made at the time of the contract one month will provided Leads 501,But three months later , he gave me just thirty-five Leads,I often talk to them Regarding contracts,i Did many times complain at quikr office but they are not takes any action regarding this fraud ,please help me to get my money refund and strict action should be taken against them,All calls are recorded which I had to deal with me
