Fraud with me by care Or compnay for replase my handset

Dear sir,

i have all ready Exchange my canvas ego A113 with in canvas 2 plus form diya communication’
He said to me that company give you a exchange in new mobile of canvas 2 plus A110Q,
but he give me a old phone & said to me that he give me a new canvas 2 plus A110Q.

Ither care fraud with me a or company?

i Don’t know.

I will go to at kishan sales & service for service my mobile A110Q.

he said to me that this phone not a new this phone is old!

he also said to me that this phone also 2 & 3 time serviced at care, This is not a new.

This is the fraud with me?

so pls give me a explenation for this fraud?
